I got quite obsessed with these little tin cups that I posted here last week - here are a few more - I'd love to find some of these when I'm trolling through junk stores.
Really unusual vintage purse. The design and colour is so unique. I'd love to see a contemporary designer do something interesting like this for a change.Vintage purse from here.
Sometimes I post vintage posters because I really hope that they will inspire someone to create something beautiful. There's so much to be learned from these wonderful old pieces. I could stare at them for hours - and, if you go to the Boston Public Library's collection, you can, in fact!
These bikes are a typographic/illustration project by the very talented Juri Zaech - how fun! I don't know much about these, but it does say on his portfolio that he is currently working on a way to produce a prototype of one of the bikes. The Vina one is very cool - that's my fave - how about you?
Fab fall presents to buy yourself at Plumo. They have everything from jewelry to rubber boots! The photography on their site is enough to make you swoon! Wouldn't it be wonderful to be a buyer for a store like this?
Here we have the brand new radio by Orla Kiely for Pure. I don't think I personally need to see any more Kiely mugs but I really like the design of this radio and would definitely buy it.
I'm so impressed with this wallpaper from Isak. It's such a great example of what happens when you combine a very simple pattern with the perfect colour combination - magic!
Fiona Richards | Cartolina Cards . . . . I have never considered myself a trend follower. The only things I follow are my instincts. Collecting and creating have taught me to trust the art that moves me and question the fads that don't. This blog reflects the diverse design influences behind my work and all the things I love.
