When I first saw these books I thought, what a good idea, cover your books in pretty wrapping paper - I love that idea! But I read on and realized that these are actually Readers Digest books. I've never seen Readers Digests look so pretty! (I'd still like to wrap all my books in pretty wrapping paper!)

I've always found RDs like these in thrift stores. They're irresistible. On a side-note, I did once wrap all my books in pretty paper. My shelf looked glorious but I could never find anything.

These are always available at library book sales - I know we've had to turn them away in our town since folks give us so, so many! I love the covers too & (don't want to open a can of worms discussing book recycling) have made purses out of them in the past so they can be shown off all the time!
Beautiful! I once covered all of my sketchbooks in brown craft paper. Maybe I could embellish those with some pretty paper:) Thanks for sharing these!
