Designer | Marcia Copeland
Textile designer Marcia Copeland wrote to me to tell me about her company Swizzlestix in San Francisco. Her collection includes pillows, fabrics, tea towels and aprons. All the patterns in her collection are designed by her in her home studio, and all aprons are handmade in San Francisco from her tea towels. All textiles are 100% cotton and hand silk screened in India using water based inks. Because they are hand silk screened, they are not mass produced, and are printed in a fair working environment. I think her designs are fun and fresh and just what we need on a wintery day to remind us of spring!
