These are my kind of antiques - utilitarian and rustic with just a few fabulous euro details. Wish I could visit this store one day - but for now there is a wonderful and enormous selection of treasures to browse through on their web site.

Once again there's a great little crafty project over at Once Wed. This time it's a fabric flower garland that looks so sweet - and simple to make. You could even put it on your christmas tree! I love this.

Inspiration

Pretty little festive pics from Camille Soulayrol. I love this first image with the burlap wrapped mirror that's decorated with flowers and birds and sprigs. This is such a great idea because you could change it for every season - or just pin your favourite treasures to it and let it evolve into a fascinating, personalized work of art(come to think of it, I luv that idea - this could be a weekend project for me.)

This olive sprig heart is fabulous too, isn't it. I'm going to try this.

I think you all have very good taste and I think you will appreciate this amazing map. The graphics are incredible. Printed in 1860, the colours couldn't be any brighter. Just a little bit of inspiration for my crafty friends.
