Handmade Lovelies
Beautiful handmade lovelies from artist Janine Golbert - aren't these fabulous - so simple and unique. Really great.

Another wonderful French blog
I found another French blog this week with great brocante style. The imagery is lovely and you might want to add it to your list of daily reads. The blog is called Bord de Scene and I think they have a store of the same name. Enjoy!

Pamela Angus
Look at these gorgeous creations  - stained glass garlands or buntings - from Pamela Angus. This lucky artist lives near Allevard in France and there is definitely a french feel to all she does.

Here are some great ways to bring some green into your home. I love the first image - the pale blue sky - make that ceiling - is superb and the green front door is fabulous too. All images from Canadian House and Home.

Check out the ceiling of the this kitchen(above) fantastic green patterned wallpaper(?) What a great idea. Our studio ceiling is outrageously high - I think we should paint it a crazy colour - I wonder if we have a ladder that's long enough to get up there?

Here's something you don't know about me - I am, and will always be, a huge Michael Jackson fan and I am very sad today. I will play this album all weekend and sing loudly. RIP MJ.

Random Objects
A couple of lovely vintage mirrors also available at Five From The Ground - once again lovely pictures

Flotsam
I spotted this at Poppytalk Handmade Market yesterday(from the Beach Shack Project) and I thought that you might like it. I think that so many of us have pocketfuls of beach glass and pottery that we pick from the beach every summer - I have old biscuit tins full of the stuff. But I would never think of stringing it together to make this big chunky necklace. I am not sure that I would actually wear this but I love looking at all the pottery shards trying to figure out what each one was in it's former life - before it was a necklace.

Window Shopping
Found myself at this interesting Japanese site the other day - the imagery is beautiful, every object is quite perfectly displayed and all things are for sale - I think. Love the cast iron rubber stamp spinners and old ink bottles.

Eye candy
Some wonderful wallpaper shots by photographer Lisa Cohen - what a fun shoot for the pattern junkie in all of us!

Random Objects
I saw these on design*sponge yesterday and I thought they were very nicely done - very nice scale. Irish linen, hand dyed and screen printed from Three Sheets 2 the Wind.

Sorry folks - no post on Wednesday morning - I have to zip out of town for the night and I'll be back here bright and early on Thursday morning - see you then!
French Style
There are some lovely French blogs out there in the blogosphere. One of my favourites is Ciel d'Orage. The photography and styling is wonderful - very ethereal and inspiring.

Paper Stories - Grand Opening!
If you are in the Grayslake Illinois area on Saturday please take in the Grand Opening of Paper Stories Boutique and Workspace. I wish I could be there. Good luck Kelly and thank you for including Cartolina in your opening collection!

P.S. You must check out Kelly's Site she has one of the cutest page layouts I've ever seen!
A good eye
At some point over the weekend I ran across this Tumblr collection. The images are from many different sources and the collector of these images has a very good eye! I think you will agree!
